Default I think I can eat bread now!

I have found some bread that I actually like enough to want to eat it. It
contains flax which I am trying to add to my diet. And my numbers have
gotten better. It is Dave's Killer Bread. Oddly it is very high in fiber
which I had to avoid before. For some reason before, the fiber was causing
my BG to go up. I am thinking maybe my gastroparesis has gotten better?
Maybe. Don't know.

That's great, Julie.

I like Vermont bread multigrain. It is all natural and rather low
carb. I can manage a slice with each meal with no problem
