Having t bone steaks tonight, salad for me, home made chips and veggies for the kids. Last night my son wanted sausages for the second night in a row and I wanted stir-fry. I made sausage stir-fry ![]() sausages to cook them and get rid of excess fat. Cut them into bite sized pieces and browned them with onion and garlic then added a pile of cut up veggies. I had a jar of commercial satay sauce which I mixed with a can of coconut cream and put that through veggie, meat mix and simmered for a few minutes so veggies were done but crunchy. Took out my share and added egg noodles to the rest. |
