Quick and dirty lunch
I have an IEP meeting for Jazz soon so threw something quick together,
eating as I type. Added a goodly amount of canned salmon to some dry slaw, added mayo, plenty of red and green peppers, red onion, cucumber with skin left on, walnuts and half a chilled Granny Smith apple. Very tasty. |
