Default Industrial Food Processor

I am looking for an industrial rated food processor or other appliance
that can process more than 20 cups. I need machinery that process a
massive amount of fresh ingredients into a puree. Does this exist?

or search on google for "commercial food processing equipment puree" and
see what comes up. What is it you want to process, and how much is
"massive quantity"? To me 20 cups wouldn't make a dent in massive
quantity.

These things are quite expensive, but may do what you want.

What you need is a Cutter Mixer, often called a vertical cutter mixer.
or VCM. Hobart makes a good one.
