Industrial Food Processor
I am looking for an industrial rated food processor or other appliance
that can process more than 20 cups. I need machinery that process a massive amount of fresh ingredients into a puree. Does this exist? |

What is it you want to process, and how much is "massive quantity"? To me 20 cups wouldn't make a dent in massive quantity. del |

Does this exist? These things are quite expensive, but may do what you want. http://www.robotcoupeusa.com/product...t-list.php?c=1 |

What you need is a Cutter Mixer, often called a vertical cutter mixer. or VCM. Hobart makes a good one. http://www.hobartcorp.com/hobartg6/p...s?opendocument |
