In your price range...they're both about the same. I offer the following advice: I have a cheap one, like as shown in the attached image. It has the following problems you should avoid. First....since it doesn't have legs (i.e. you have to hold it at whatever angle you want), and the opportunity for injury is increased...in my humble opinion...since I have indeed lost a finger tip (it grew back, though!). Also, you have to put in different inserts to get different blade heights. Pain in the ass and a pain to store. Therefore, get one with a self standing base....and one with an adjustable blade.
