Hi all,
My faithful Hitachi HB B101 has aa problem after 15 yrs. of service.
The rubber gasket is shot, and the bread pan has lost its
non-stickability, thanks to some bad handling on my part, I admit. I
can't locate these parts, and will not take a chance on an ebay type
purchase. Maybe it's just time for a new machine.
If price were no object, what machine would you recommend I buy next?
Don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just something reliable that
can take heavy use.
