Default Meat tenderizer

Looking to buy a good tenderizer for use mostly on chicken breasts for
grilling. I find 2 kinds - the pounding kind and one that pricks holes into
the meat. Which are better? Thanks in advance for your response.

Chicken breasts are really tender if you don't over cook them.
