Default Circulon pots/pans set at Costco

Anyone who is a member of Costco, just a reminder that Circulon has a set of
pans regularly $199 with $40 off making them $159.

I've seen these in the warehouse in Winchester, VA, but I don't know if they
are marked down to this price.

I've noticed that for me that my postal orders and UPS are faster - could it
be due to the economic slowdown?
