Hi all
I'm new to the world of Kenwod Chef. I just started using one but it appears that when I make a sponge, the sugar and butter don't mix well for a 4 oz cake - I end up with a grainy texture. After hearing all the rave reviews about Chef I was quite dissappointed. Perhaps it's my error but it appears that the attachment doesn't seem to reach the bowl properly and instead of mixing, it compacts it down so I am endlesly haaving to stop it and scrape the mix about. If anybody has any advice, it would be most appreciated. |
