Default BBQ a turkey aged in a deep-freezer

A turkey was sleeping in my deep freezer for more than a year :-)
Decided to wake him up over the past 2 days in refrigerator
temperature (4-8°C).
The bird is 3.5 kg so that is roughly 7 pounds.

My questions a
Will the meat still be edible?

Can I barbecue the bird on a Oklahoma Joe type barbecue?

Would it better to cut it in pieces rather than bbq the whole turkey
and what kind spices or marinade is suitable?

I would cherish any help on this.
