Hi,
I'm going to do some hamburgers on an infrared portable gas grill. I have only done burgers on my good 'ol charcoal grill, so I am not sure if I am going to do it the "steak way" on very high heat, or....well....anyone? -- //ceed ©¿©¬ |

Actually, I start them on high heat and then finish them slower. when I grind my own meat I'm not concerned about getting sick so I'll eat them pink on the inside. With store bought, I go a little more done. |
