Saw one of these at a local kitchen store. Was pretty intrigued for
about 5 minutes. After that, I figured that..unless I won the lottery
or had a whole lot of extra $$ to spend on a frivolous cooking toy,
I'd just as soon stick with my Kamado and outdoor propane stove.

I mean, it's a nice big outdoor griddle and all, but it's more for
show than any particularly amazing cooking ability.

I agree, there is one on Ebay for $2300 and that's pretty steep for
another patio adornment. It would be fun to play Bennihanna on it
though. -RP

At a recent business meeting one of the buffet stations at a major
Scottsdale hotel use 2 of them for a yakisoba bar (Japanese fried noodles)
they had several types of noodles and the vegetables. You filled your bowl
and the cooks fried up your batch. They seemed to work quite well for that
purpose. One of the obvious advantages is there was no lip and the cooks
could slide the food right off the edge into a bowl.
