I forgot the link. -RP > www.evoamerica.com At a recent business meeting one of the buffet stations at a major Scottsdale hotel use 2 of them for a yakisoba bar (Japanese fried noodles) they had several types of noodles and the vegetables. You filled your bowl and the cooks fried up your batch. They seemed to work quite well for that purpose. One of the obvious advantages is there was no lip and the cooks could slide the food right off the edge into a bowl. Dimitri |
