Default Leftover Smoke

I had the thick half of a brisket on the smoker today. (thin half went
into holiday dinner last week)

When it was done, there was still heat in the coals so I took a half of
a cooked roast chicken and put it on the smoker and threw a couple of
pecan chunks on the coals. very tasty!

BTW, Dale, you know why they're recycling the old CRT TVs? A CRT is
the largest vacuum tube most people will ever see, and the natural
supply of vacuum is running out.
