Leftover Smoke
I had the thick half of a brisket on the smoker today. (thin half went
into holiday dinner last week) When it was done, there was still heat in the coals so I took a half of a cooked roast chicken and put it on the smoker and threw a couple of pecan chunks on the coals. very tasty! -- Janet Wilder Way-the-heck-south Texas Spelling doesn't count. Cooking does. |
