Default KCBS Certified Barbecue Judge class in Minnesota

I hoping this isn't spam, as I think people on this group would truly
be interested. There is a KCBS certified barbecue judge class being
held in Anoka, Minnesota on April 2nd. Get your certification and then
get out there and do some judging (and eating)! You can register
online at www.thebonesbrothers.org

I don't consider it spam, unless you're a part of thebonesbrothers and
getting $$$ off it, without telling us.

Trouble is, having a KCBS judging class in Minnesota, they're are very
few KCBS competitions around here. There is one that I am aware of, put
on by the Minnesota Barbecue Society. I think in recent years, it was
held in Austin, MN. Not very far drive from the cities..

I apologize, I am a part of The Bones Brothers and this is a
fundraiser for us. So, if anyone on this group finds that offensive,
feel free to mark this thread as spam. Again, I apologize, I did
truly think that people on this group would be interested. I didn't
mean to hide the fact that it was a fundraiser for us or that I was
part of the team.

As far as KCBS competitions in Minnesota, there are actually seven of
them this year. All of them can be found listed on the Minnesota BBQ
society page at www.mnbbq.com. There are also a couple just south of
the Minnesota border in Iowa.

I suppose you could judge us strictly on the way we look. Personally,
I tend to judge people more on their actions. We do competition BBQ
as a way having fun with our brothers and friends and to build credit
to do fundraisers (free of charge) for non-profits supporting people
living with disabilities.

That said, yes, some of us are a little nuts. And we like it that way.

I am ok with your posting of it. It is bbq related and not for
commercial purposes. Commercial purposes are what we find offensive.

Welcome to to this group. Enjoy it, as some of us have been for a dozen
years or more...

It's nice to know there are a few more competitions in Minnesota, then
the one I am aware of.. Thanks

I can't confirm that you a 501(c)3 not for profit corporation. If you're
not, you should be, based on what you're doing. Stay away from the Gov.
