![]() Actually, in all fairness, re-reading his post, he did specifically mention 3 cuts of meat and ribs weren't one of them. g True, but the question failed to follow fundamental grammatical rules. The phrasing of that question would never pass muster in a real exam. But, I don't think it necessitated such a defensive posture on his part. Who cares? I like to smoke ham hocks, too.
