Default First cook on the new K7

As suggested by many of the NG, I have broken in the K7 with it's first
cook. You can peep a picture I posted on Alt Binaries Food

A beautiful bone in 7.8 lb picnic shoulder.

Sure smells good. I used peach wood along with the kamado coals.
