In other news, I tried something new yesterday. I was getting a meatloaf ready for the oven, and it looked is usual quiet, non-impressive self. Then I thought "Hey, I've got a lazy person's smoker sitting right out side that door..." Hmmmm.... Anyway, meatloaf smoked over pecan for 2-1/2 hours at 250 is very moist and most excellent. I put it in an aluminum pan, not touching the sides, so it would be maximum exposure to the smoke. Yum... Grins, Lori Hunt SE TN New Braunfels Bandera Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain Series #3600 |

Monroe started lotsa shit in that past and I'm recipricating. Monroe only pipes in with personal attacks so I said wtf, time for me to give the goob some of his own. Get over it Kevin. <rantmode> What is with the gang mentality(with composite IQ of 100)? Doesn't it make you feel feable that you(plural) can't take up for yourselves? You know, just because I called question into Dave's statements a few months ago in regard to gas cookers for bbq, the wacky circus clowns of this group decided to jump out of their Kamados and attack. Not one of you will address the points of fact that I bring up and only rebut with generalizations or rebuccous remarks. That is a sure sign of not knowing the topic at hand very well. Someone that knows the subject could reply with particulars based on real knowledge of why/why not something will works. Instead you think you can hide your ignorance with personal attacks or by way of the ass patting of the rest of the crew. Ultimately you gratify your thoughts though the actions of the other eight ******s that rule the newsgroup. Oh well enjoy the ignorant bliss you guys share. </rantmode> -CAL |

Once again, what does hours logged on a K have in the slightest to do with gasgrills? We were talking about new gas grills and I introduces hybrids with smoking abilities. So why exactly are you pulling a Kamado into this? -CAL |
