Default Bread Machine Bread

360 ml water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 tablespoon powdered milk
25 grams melted unsalted butter
500 grams better for bread bread flour

Setting #1 for white bread, 2 lb., and dark crust.

Slash the top just before the baking cycle begins.

A mighty fine loaf of white bread.
