Fresh Noodles
Does anyone know a place around Los Angeles that I can get the type of
noodles that are made by using the dough as a weight, folding it and droping it so each fold becomes a strand of noodle, then repeating the process. Sorry I don't know the official name of the noodles. I'll be in LA next week and would love to have these noodles again. Lob |
