Default Grape Yield

I'm starting to make arrangements to purchase grapes this Fall and many
of the growers in the area that sell to home winemakers will sell 50
lb. pails of freshly crushed grapes.

I want to finish with 5 gallons, and am assuming I'll need an extra 1
gallon for topping up. So my question is this: will a 50 lb pail yield
6 gallons?

Thanks.
