Default Hot and cold Sparkolloid

I have a peach wine that I made late last summer and I would like to fine it
with Sparkolloid . The Sparkolloid that I bought is a cold mix and has no
instructions with it. I went on Scott Laboratory's web sight and find that
the cold mix is for clearing juice and the hot mix is for clearing wine. My
question is, can I use the cold mix in wine and if so how to I use it?

Thanks I in advance for your help. Greg G.
