I started a wine a month ago but got really busy and forgot about it. I got
married in may, so with the marriage and honeymoon I managed neglected a 6 gallon batch of wine. This was a kit wine. So when I got back from my honeymoon I was sure that it was probably ruined so I just kind of forgot about it some more but never tried it (stupid). I tried it the other day and it was not bad like I though it would be. I am going to go ahead and move this to secondary for a few months like I usually do. I guess my question is what damage did I most likely cause leaving it on the lees for so long?. This was a kit wine that I have not tried before so I don't have anything to compare it to. Thanks, David |
