Default a fining screw-up

I had a carboy of cloudy riesling that cleared PERFECTLY with
Super-Kleer. Then, as I was racking, I dropped the siphon onto the
bottom, stirred up the debri, and the end result is that the wine is
now pretty cloudy again. My question is will the original fining agent
results just settle out, or am I back to the beginning and do I need to
add another dose of something to clear the wine. If so, should I just
use Super Kleer again?
