Default Mango wine update

Racked the Mango wine the other day (the one that was too sweet)
Oh boy, what a difference.
Getting dry, loads of flavour and starting to clear (long way to go still)
Looks like it may turn out a "keeper".
Must get some more bottles and corks soon...
Well, in 6 months...
