Default Cranberry slow start

I started a 3 gallon batch of cranberry Sunday. I pitched a RC212 yeast on
monday morning. I did not have any yeast nutrient and the LHBS is closed
mondays. Wednesday afternoon there was no sign of fermentation so I added
1.5 tsp energiser and another packet of RC212. This morning it still isnt
going. The PH was 2.9 and the temp is about 65. When should I worry about
the cranberrys spoiling? What should I do?
