Default cold storage fungicides

I orderd one year old rooted Marechal Foch today. Will be picking them out
of cold storage in a few months.

During the phone call I asked if the vines are treated with any kind of
fungicide for cold storage to prevent mold. She said the vines are dipped in
something to keep them clean, but doesn't know the details.

The last time I purchased vines out of cold storage they were given to me in
a bundle of 25, wrapped tightly and sealed in a green garbage bag. After 5
months in a refrigerator they were wet, but there was no mold.

Does anyone know how one year old rooted vines are treated against mold etc.
during periods of cold storage?
