Default downsides of Super-Kleer???

I read in one of the catalogues about the virtues of Super-Kleer (a combination
of chitosan and kieselsol) as a fining agent, and I tried it with amazing
results. I've never seen such rapid and complete clearing of a murky white
wine.

Does anyone know of any downsides to this product (assuming that you need a
fining agent at all). Honestly, the results have been remarkable.
