Default ML in bottles

I do know why this has happened, me rushing. I was afraid it would go
this way. But what is the best alternative. It is only a small batch
of 5g Syrah. Should/could I return the wine into a carboy and balance
the finish ML before bottling again? Blend it into a simular but fresh
wine that is right now also doing a ML? (My preference). Or are there
other scenarios that one could do?
