Default Niagra Mist fruit wine kit

I just finished off one of these kits, Peach
Chardonnay. It tastes good, but instead of
a nice alcoholic buzz, you get this weird listless,
groggy feeling when drinking it. I tried it out on
some friends the other night and they expressed
the same thing. I don't think I'll bother with another
of these kits, you pay almost the same as a regular
white wine kit, get half the alcohol, and it's a bit too
sweet for my taste (not to mention the "I just got
clubbed over the head feeling" after drinking it).

I suspect you could do better by just making a
good white wine and mixing it with something if
you happened to want a bit of a wine cooler type
of effect.

Ian
