I plan on picking 60 Lbs of blueberry this Sunday. I would like to make 2 6
gallon batches. Would 30 lbs be ok for a 6 gallon batch?
any ideas with recipes?

No problem,
Depending on your taste.
2 lbs to 1 gallon min < 3.3 lbs to 1 pint max.
Take your pick.
