I've noticed that the vintner's reserve kits advise to use more
preservative (potassium sulfate? I don't have it in front of me) if the wine may be stored more than six months before consumption. It doesn't, however, suggest a quantity. I always add 1/2 camden tablet extra on the final racking prior to bottling.

That is per kit total (i.e. 23 litres - around 6 gallons).
Make sure you crush the tablet and mix with some wine before adding.
