Default Santa Clara Juices anyone?

I need to rack out 2 -10g barrels of red wine and I don't like the
barrels to stay empty, so I was thinking of replacing it with Santa
Clara juice from http://www.americanwinegrape.com/juicekit.html
Have anyone used these juices, Cab & Merlot? If so any
pointers/suggestions?
