Can't make this one (it's a long trip from Alabama to Canada!), but am
interested in the Tennessee yearly competition held in January, I think. If I enter, it'll be my first competition in all my three four years of winemaking. Does anyone compete in the competition? If so, can you tell me about how to enter, and all that stuff? I've got this kit Shiraz that turned out really good, and a from-fruit plum that is quite good. Since I'm making the stuff anyway, might as well get some educated feedback on what I'm producing.
