Default yellow scum on Rhubarb wine in secondary

It's been puzzling me. My Rhubarb wine has been resting in its second
secondary for a few months. Today I racked it and fined it since it's
not clear. It's got great color - pink like grapefruit.

A yellow/gold scum has been sitting on top of the wine all this time.
I haven't had time to think too hard about it. Any idea what it is?
Or if it's hazardous to the outcome?

Thanks, Jim
