Hi.....I'm at day 25 of a Vineco Legacy Cab.Sauv. kit.....time to add
isocleer finings ...but I'd rather not add it or the sorbate .....with my fresh grape wines I have put them in my old fridge downstairs and they clear just great.....can I do this to a kit wine or is there a chance that tartaric acid will precipitate out and unbalance the wine?....sure would clear it nicely though....and I'll be leaving this wine to bulk age a bit longer before I bottle....Andy J. |
