I store my wine in a cold cellar, which is great in summer as it is about
20C/68 max temperature (and probably average 15C), but right now in winter it goes down to about 4C/40F, Do you think this can cause any harm? It will not freeze, but it will get down there in termp. A web site I read suggested using a cold cellar only if it never went below 10C otherwise store in your basement. Any harm keeping it in the cold cellar....I really don't want to schlep it back and forth during the year from one room to another..... |
