I'm getting ready to start a batch of dried elderberry. What should I use
as a body enhancer - raisins, bananas, or red grape concentrate?

JJ, I would use the grape concentrate as first choice, banana as secfond choice.

Thanks, Jack. I started the batch on Monday with the concentrate.
It's fermenting nicely. As always, I appreciate the help.
