Default must tooo cold for yeast???

I mixed up my containers of must and accidently put my start up yeast
into a must that was only 65 degrees warm. Did I destroy the colony???
Its been 24 hours and its not even showing signs of a bubble yet!!!
HELP!!!....jb

You keep yeast in the refrigerator. The cold will not hurt it. 65 deg is
not too cold for it to work anyway. It should go unless something else is
wrong.

Sometimes it takes up to a week or something before the bubbles come up.
24 hours is nothing.
Be patient and de-cork an old bottle. . .

Did you add a yeast nutrient?

Yeast will not die in cold temps, so all that you did by pitching cold was
give it a slower start. The hotter it is the faster the growth, at least
until it gets so hot it kills the yeast.
