I mixed up my containers of must and accidently put my start up yeast
into a must that was only 65 degrees warm. Did I destroy the colony??? Its been 24 hours and its not even showing signs of a bubble yet!!! HELP!!!....jb |

You keep yeast in the refrigerator. The cold will not hurt it. 65 deg is
not too cold for it to work anyway. It should go unless something else is wrong. Yeast will not die in cold temps, so all that you did by pitching cold was
give it a slower start.
