Default Making Cheap Wine Taste Like A Fine Vintage

I presume that electromagnetic treatment of wine to improve aging
rates has been discussed before here amongst other techniques. But, I
just found this http://www.newscientist.com/article/...e-vintage.html
relatively recent article on new scientist and thought I'd link to it
here for those who might be interested. I hope you all have wonderful
holiday times and thank you for all the invaluable help you have given
me over the last two years or so...

Jim
