Default Blanc Du Bois

So I am growing Blanc Du Bois in my yard. I bottled some last year
with a generic wine recipe, and only figured out recently what kind of
grape it is. So this year (seems to have ripened a bit late) I am
looking to use a recipe a little more specific recipe. Anyone know of
one? I only have enough grapes for about 3 gallons worth.

Thanks in advance...

Pat
