Blanc Du Bois
So I am growing Blanc Du Bois in my yard. I bottled some last year
with a generic wine recipe, and only figured out recently what kind of grape it is. So this year (seems to have ripened a bit late) I am looking to use a recipe a little more specific recipe. Anyone know of one? I only have enough grapes for about 3 gallons worth. Thanks in advance... Pat |

Here is his main site link http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/ The main thing I remember about it is that he says that it will turn brown on pressing no matter what you do. To counter that, you need to let the juice cold settle for a few days. The brown stuff will settle to the bottom and you can rack it and proceed with starting fermentation. |

I was hoping to use that recipe.. but like you said the link is not working.. I'll keep the cold settling in mind. I think Jack's website mentions it elsewhere as well. Thanks! |
