Default Condessa Sparkle Tops

McKev -
I'm not familiar with the Condessa products -- they were
apparently not sold in the US. But they seem to be out of business.
The Sparkle Tops were apparently re-usable "champagne" stoppers? If
you are looking for those, your best bet is probably something like
Ebay. At least, that's where I'd look for products that are no longer
in production. In terms of the wire "cages", if they were anything
like the wire hoods used with champagne stoppers, you should be able
to find them at most homebrew supply stores. If not, you may just be
out of luck. If you are really ambitious, you might be able to make
your own, with a roll of wire and some ingenuity. Anyway, good luck -

Doug
