Bottling '07 Whites
I'm curious - how many of you have already bottled your '07 whites? Or,
when do you think you will be bottling them? My '07 Viognier has been fined with bentonite, but not yet cold stabilized. I'm letting it gather a little bit more age before bottling - probably will bottle in March or April. |
