If she eats pre-washed salads probably. Wine is pretty low in
sulfites even when added. If she wants to try start slow and keep
Benedryl handy. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice...

Even wine without added sulfite can contain sulfites from the grapes.
Sulfur is pretty common.
