Default Crawl space storage issues?

Living in central Arizona, I am resorting this spring to moving my
laid down wines and secondaries into the crawl space under the house,
which is twnety degrees cooler and far more steady temped than
anywhere in my home. Before I did this I thought I would ask around
and discover if anyone had encountered specific issues doing this...

I know slugs will eat labels, but what about corks?

Should I fit condensation/evaporator traps over my airlocks?

etc etc.....

Scorpions, black widows, snakes...

How about someone's old refrigerator instead?

hmmmm, I am completly clueless abotu winemaking(see my other posts)
but for storage of "stuff" in crawlspaces I would double bag and twist
tie those bottles of wine. hardly anything likes plastic.

even from my standpoint i wouldn't consider putting secondaries in
there, too hard to refill airlocks and tooo much living "stuff" in
those places that *could* wander thru the airlock and into your wine.

That sound like a good plan.
