Default excel log

Hi I have looked at a few programs dealing with wine making like
fermsoft, but I think I would rather use an excel program so I can
change it to my needs. Can anyone help me out by sending me an excel
spreadsheet they are using so I don't have to start from scratch,
preferably with formulas for ex for hydrometer temp correction etc..
