I have a batch of rhubarb that has been dry (s.g. 990) for some time
now but still has these very tiny bubbles rising up to the surface. Can "fruit" wines get spontaneous mlf like grapes? Or, could this just be the 71-B still digesting the malic acid? Thanks Roger |
