Default Screw caps and Sauvignon.

Hello, All!

Chemists and those who can borrow it from chemist friends might
like to read the January 2006 edition of "Chemistry in Britain".
The article on page 17 is derived from the NZ researchers M.
Brajkovitch et al, J. Agr. Food. Chem (2005) and implies that
the fruity bouquet of sauvignon blanc wines is better preserved
by screw caps than corks.

There is also another article on a French commercial white wine,
Paradoxe Blanc, enriched with tannins that is supposed to
inhibit arteriosclerosis like red wine. While interesting, there
were no tasting notes!
