Thanks. It appears that I am not the only one suffering this quandry. Being a
US citizen, I just try to bring a bit of that practice, when abroad, though
will ask for local advice, either from a concierge, or other. That said,
however, if the concierge has done some good work for me, he/she probably
already has been tipped! Catch-22, I guess.
