Default Bowl of past and...

a glass of red wine has to be my favorite meal of all time. It makes me
happy when I read how red wine is actually possibly heart healthy. Now
for the pasta. I don't fall for that whole low-carb hype, but would love
to add more nutrition to my meal. Any suggestions from fellow wine and
pasta lovers?

Well... vegetables, meat or fish ???

Pasta is a versatile food, good so easy with some EV Olive Oil and Parmesan,
or good in many different styles...

An easy and classic combination is Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino (garlic, EV Oil
and chili) and a good Chianti.

But could be Tagliatelle and Lamb Ragout, or Pappardelle al Cinghiale (wild
boar). Here in Verona is a tipical dish Bigoli alla Pastisada de Caval (a
spicy braised Horse or Donkey meat ) with a good Valpolicella or Amarone.

If you drink more wine it will cancel out all bad effects.
